In 2009 it was honoured as the best ClimateHouse in South Tyrol, having been given the following assessment: “The business philosophy and ambitious accomplishments in the smart use of energy and resources find their highest expression in the project’s realization.”
Excellent thermal insulation, including a controlled living area ventilation system with heat recovery, yields a calculated thermal demand of 28 kWh/m²/year and a gross heated volume of 4,991 m³.
